Where can I find Safari's Activity (9.1.1)?

Safari used to have an Activity window (under the Window menu) where the user could see what the application had been doing recently. I want to find out when a particular Web page was opened in Safari, but there is no Activity window available in Safari 9.1.1. Can anybody tell me where to find this information?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), 2.4GHz (2013), 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD

Thanks, I guess that's it. Unfortunately, I don't see any time notations, so still don't know when the page was loaded. I looked in the Privacy tab of Preferences to see if there might be any cookies from the page; there didn't seem to be any, but there was something from the page located in "Cache, Local Storage", but was unable to find it in the computer (using either Spotlight or the Find All function in Find Any File).

Any suggestion re how to track down when a page was loaded?
