I cant enable my icloud music library. I got a new phone and it does not let me enable the music I had in my previous phone

I know how important it is to get your iCloud Music Library up and running. I will be more than happy to help you out in resolving this.

Let's start with the basics. Please go to Settings > iCloud on your iPhone and sign out of iCloud. Once done, please restart the iPhone using this article: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Once completed, go ahead and sign back into iCloud and try enabling iCloud Music Library again.

Having the same issue here. Have rebooted i cloud login, phone and still getting "iCloud Music Library can't be enabled"
