Q: iPad contacts not syncing with iCloud online

Hello,


I have an iPad mini OS 9.3.2.


I noticed on my iPad that my contacts are all there but when I log onto iCloud online on my PC, the contacts are not there. It seems the iCloud is not syncing contacts anymore because on the desktop app it says:


! You can access Contacts, Calendars and Reminders at icloud.com


iCloud Drive )

Photos         ) These are all synced and backed up

Bookmarks  )


So why has the option to sync Contacts been removed from the desktop app?
