setting up phone from iTunes
help i can't get the computer to upload data saved as message appears when connect phone to it that iTunes doesn't have permission to access this phone. its new how do i give permission?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. I see that you're trying to connect your new iPhone to iTunes and your getting an error about permission. I know how important it is to get your saved data on your iPhone. I am happy to help.
When you connect the iPhone to iTunes for the first time you'll will see an alert on the iPhone asking "Trust This Computer". Once you choose "Trust" you will then be able to use your iPhone with this computer. If you've already chosen "Trust" and your still getting the error please try the steps in the "Get help" section of the link below:
