Jul 3, 2016 10:49 AM in response to 76jorgeriosby ashutosh100,yes u can always add back device to your apple account by signing them back with ur apple id you can go icloud in setting and sign in again and be sure to check if family sharing is available to not and this might solve ur problem

I don't know how the above happened as I have no idea what you did prior to the change.
Are you both using the same Apple ID? If so, best to use separate IDs and set up Family Sharing.

If you have an iCloud or iTunes backup made prior to the change, you can restore your phone and regain your own data. If you have no backup then it is too late, you may have to reset your phone from scratch as new. This may help:
