Q: Random additions to imessage

I see that when sending an iMessage on your iPhone 6, it often sends your message to a group of users instead of just the intended user. My family and I communicate via iMessage as well, so I know it's important we get this issue resolved. I have a few things I'd like you to try. 

First, it appears that the Messages app isn't responding like it should. Please use the resource below to Force close the Messages app on your iPhone and iPad:

Next, please give your devices a fresh restart and test to see if you get the same result.

Finally, I'd recommend that all users make sure you have a backup of your devices, and you've updated to the latest iOS software:

Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch​

After all devices have been updated, please test again and see if you get the same result.
