which website can be used to transfer contacts from android phone to ios phone, Iphone 5s

I have the iphone 5s, and want to transfer my contacts from my 2.3.4 android version phone to my new iphone, android device cannot have apps downloaded to it and i need a website i can use for the process.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3

If you're syncing your contact with Google, all you need to do is set up your gmail account on the phone and sync the contacts down from there.

I typed my contacts manually into my iphone. no further help is needed.
