Q: How to convert minutes into tenths
I Am using the table below to create a formula for the conversion. Anybody? Thank you

| 00 - 03 = .0 |
| 04 - 09 = .1 | 10 - 15 = .2 |
| 16 - 21 = .3 | 22 - 27 = .4 |
| 16 - 21 = .3 | 34 - 39 = .6 |
| 40 - 45 = .7 | 46 - 51 = .8 |
| 52 - 57 = .9 | 58 - 60 = 1.0 |

How about this ?
= ROUND( TimeValue ÷ 60 , 1 )
But this makes the middle value ( 3, 9, 15, ... ) to the above value ( 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, ... ), but you wish ( 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, ... ).
So, a little trick may be needed like this way.
= 1 − ROUND( 1 − TimeValue ÷ 60, 1 )
Note: This won't work with value bigger than 60.
