I'm using iCloud on Windows 10. Until yesterday, I could use my AppleID to sign into iCloud and my iTunes library was showing up fine on Apple Music (Android). Today, I updated iCloud, and it will no longer let me log in with my AppleID, saying I need to use it on an iOS device first. I don't have one. The whole reason I am willing to pay for Apple Music on my phone is because I was able to access my entire library; now iCloud is making that impossible. How do I fix this?

    Hello JILost,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having an issue with your Apple ID is not what you expect.

If I understand correctly, you are unable to access your Apple Music or Apple ID in iTunes on your Windows 10 PC as well as Apple Music on your Android phone. I would start with these basic steps to narrow down and resolve this issue.

    1. Restart your Android phone as well as your Windows 10 computer.
    2. Make sure both your PC and iTunes are both up to date.

Get the latest version of iTunes

Once everything is up to date and you have restarted your devices, try signing in again. If you are still unable to sign in, go to your Apple ID account page using the link below and sign in there. If you're unable to sign in on your Apple ID account page,  follow the steps there to change your Apple ID password and sign in on your PC using the new password once that is completed.
