Have you checked, if Photos is working well with a new library created for testing?  This error message can be caused by corrupted photos in your Photos Library, intht case repairing the library will not solve the problem.

    Create a new photo library

    • If Photos is open, choose Photos > Quit Photos.
    • Hold down the Option key and double-click the Photos icon in the Applications folder (or click the Photos icon in the Dock) to open Photos.
    • In the Choose Library dialog, click Create New.
    • Type a library name and choose a location to store the library.
    • Click OK.

Import a few photos into the new library and test if Photos can work with that library.

    • If Photos is not working on the new library either, post back.
    • If Photos is working well on the new library, restore your Photos library from the last backup you made, before the crashes started.

What is the exact error message?  Does the message about the plugin  say "Dyld Error Message:   Library not loaded:"  ?

The error message is suggesting, that a part of the system is not working properly. If you are seeing "Dyld Error Message"  in the crash report, reinstall OS X.

See this Help page:   How to reinstall OS X on your Mac - Apple Support

You do not need to erase your disk and reinstall everything.  Make a current backup, then reinstall on top of the current system by booting into Recovery as described in the first section "Reinstall OS X from Recovery".

If you do not see "Dyld Error Message:" in the crash log, post the first 50 lines of the crash log.

ok., that is not a problem of a missing plug-in, but Photos is crashing when executing the code of the plug-in.

It can still be a problem of an outdated version of the plug-in.

Since Photos could not even work correctly with a new, empty library, try, if reinstalling the system will help as described above.  Unfortunately it is not possible to reinstall any part of Photos separately, since it is installed as a part of the system.
