Viber Credits Successfully Purchased but Balance stays the same

Hi there, I've been trying to buy Viber credits on my Iphone6S for over a week now - and I was billed for the first round but they did not show up on my credits on the app. Now, when I make a purchase, I don't even get the email from Apple saying I made the purchase - even though the transaction is successful. I wrote to Apple for the first round of missing credits and they've assured me that I will get a refund. But I'm left with the same problem: I can't make calls because I can't buy credits.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2

The new purchases are definitely going through, they show on your iTunes account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? If they are showing there but you aren't receiving the item in the app (does the developer's website have a FAQ/help section for what to do in that scenario ; I don't use that app but does it allow you to logout and back into the account without losing data ?) then contact iTunes Support again


If they show on your purchase history but no emails for them, do you get any other emails e.g. for other iTunes purchases ?

Hi King_Penguin, many thanks. The purchases are going through - I checked my history - and that is the case. I deleted the app and installed again - but the same thing keeps happening. I am in touch with the App's support team - and I hope to hear from them soon enough. As I said, I am assured I will be refunded the money I've paid, but I'm still left with the original problem.
