Thank you for being part of the Apple Community!
It is my understanding you are not seeing the Connect option in your Apple Music. Using Connect is a great way to learn more about your favorite artists.
The first thing I would do would be to force close the Music app. Instructions on how to force close an app can be found here:

If you are still not seeing the Connect option I would restart the iPhone. Sometimes an app will be behaving erratically and a simple restart may solve the issue.
How to restart
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
