You are probably trying to move a folder that's larger than 15Gb.

If so, reduce it and move in < 15Gb chunks. That should work.

Thank you, but unfortunately, it is not the case. I have only 13 Gb in my Photo Library, which is the biggest library of my apps. May be there are a specific limitations for some apps?
