Q: My MacBook Pro is not Starting.

When I am trying to start my macbook pro I hear the voice three times of warning something. One time I received CPU Error So I captured Picture of It Which I am sharing with this question.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)
