Q: with mail and my macbook pro why do some emails I write go to trash or junk rather than sending?

with mail and my macbook pro why do some emails I write go to trash or junk rather than sending? I am not notified of this and it has caused significant problems

I do not have a similar problem with my iphone

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Are you saying that mails you write end up in Junk or Trash when you send them ?
