It looks like you're having some problems getting service on your iPhone 6s. You certainly can't fully enjoy your iPhone with no service, so I can understand why you would reach out for help in finding a resolution to this today.
Kudos on the awesome troubleshooting you have done already. What I recommend you do next is follow the steps in the support article listed below. Make sure you don't skip any steps in the article, including restoring your iPhone, unless you have already tried them.
If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data
If your service issue is resolved after completing the troubleshooting steps, you can cancel your Genius Bar reservation using the "Cancel" link you will see in the confirmation email we sent you. Also, depending on which country you're located in, you may be able to cancel your Genius Bar Reservation through the Apple Store app. The link to the app is listed below and can be downloaded to your iPhone 6s (via Wi-Fi) or any other iOS device.
