Can VRAM be upgraded in a Mac Mini's graphics card?

My goal is to run FCP and Motion on an older mac mini. Late 2012 Mac Mini, but the only area lacking is the amount of VRAM related to the graphics card. For example; Intel HD Graphics 4000 with 1536 MB shared VRAM, The specs of Motion 5.2 is 256 VRAM, Can I upgrade the VRAM? Can I upgrade the whole graphics card, or would either of these be more trouble than it's worth?

Here is the complete specs of the Mac Mini I am considering buying used.

The only thing out of specs for motion is the VRAM.
