I cannot find the 3D Touch settings on my iPhone 6S Plus.
I go to Settings, General, Accessibility, and it is just not there.
There is Assistive Touch and Touch Accommodations, but no 3D Touch to be found anywhere.
Any ideas appreciated.

As per the model number listed above: You have an iPhone 6+, not a 6S+.
3D Touch should be below Touch Accommodations and Keyboard.
If you don't see it there, try these steps.
Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-20 seconds).
If this doesn't help, you might need to Restore your iPhone.

If your backup is to iTunes, make sure it's an encrypted backup.
There are no 3D touch settings persay on the iPhone. I have the same phone you do. And if you go Settings then General then Accessibility, scroll down until you see Interaction you should have "Touch Accommodations" and "3D Touch" both features you can turn on and off. But the 3D Touch doesn't have individual settings.

You can't. That feature is on a 6S, 6S+ or newer models.
Same here,don't know if it is 6S though,need to check at home,it is a present which is why i never asked.
