Thanks for checking out the Apple Support Communities for help with FaceTime. I understand you're unable to sign in to FaceTime after switching your SIM card. I use FaceTime all the time to keep in touch with family so I can understand the importance of wanting to make sure you're able to sign in and use this app.
Since you can't sign in, I recommend to take a look at the steps in both articles below. They both have steps that will help you resolve this issue.
