Click (noise) in headphones

Google translate: Appear a clicking noise in the headphones when I click on the search bar in any app, when you open Spotligh, before listening and after, and before I nichiyu typing on the keyboard and after. While listening to music or watching videos these POPs and clicks (noise) present. All this happens on the iPad Pro 9.7, at this point you have the latest iOS version 9.3.2. The iPhone 5s is no such problem. Checked for earpods and headphones sennhiser. Called support, they said it is normal that it is associated with disabling and enabling the sound card for energy efficiency. In some cases, you can get rid of the clicks, if you enable silent mode or to turn off keyboard clicks in settings. Why iPhone is not audible mute and unmute the sound card, but on the iPad it is. Support wanted me to reset, reboot and restore the device remotely performed diagnostics (it showed that the part of the software yet, none of this helped. But I believe that this bug (defect) must not be present in such a device. The company must know what good sound is and how important it is, as well as a perfect silence, without noise and clicks in those moments when you don't listen to music or watch videos, because they are annoying when working with headphones. Tell me, is this a hardware problem? Are these clicks (noises) someone else? If it is still a bug in iOS, please fix this in the next update.

Same problem with this annoying noice in headphones on iPad Pro 9.7 when going to an app in Siri or starting or stopping dictating in Pages. I tried everything: brand-new Apple headphones, turning Bluetooth on and off, restoring and erasing the iPad. Eventually took it to an Apple Store and got it replaced with a new device. The new iPad Pro 9.7 was fine for one day and then the noice appeared again. I never had such a problem on iPad Air 2 or iPad Mini. I generally like iPad Pro 9.7 and am not very keen on the latest larger and heavier versions of iPad Pro, but this noice is very frustrating.

My iPad Pro 9.7 has the same problem. Whenever the headphone sound output is enabled or disabled, I hear an annoying pop / click sound in the headphones. When using the online keyboard, for example, I can hear it when the keyboard appears (the audio output is turned ON) and also after I stopped typing for 2 or 3 seconds (the iPad is turning off the audio output). I can hear the same pop sound each time I hit "pause" when playing a movie and in many other similar situations. Like the original poster, it really seems to correlate with when the audio output is turned ON and OFF, and this happens very often, in all kinds of situations!

Because I use my iPad with headphones a lot, this is *very* annoying. My older iPad 2 was much more quiet on that respect, which makes this new iPad Pro sounds like a cheap tablet in comparison.

If I run an app in the background which forces the audio output to be always ON (ex: Splashtop), the problem seems to disappear. This would confirm the theory that this popping noise comes from turning ON and OFF the headphone's audio output.

Do all iPad Pro 9.7 have this problem? Or did I get a bad one?
