It looks like you're having some problems activating FaceTime after changing your Apple ID password. I regularly use FaceTime to keep in touch with my family and friends, so I can certainly understand why it would be important for you to get this resolved.
To get FaceTime up and running again, I recommend following the steps in the support article listed below. Make sure to follow each step exactly, even if the steps involve iMessage as well as FaceTime. It may take up to 24 hours for FaceTime to activate after following the steps. If it's still not activated after 24 hours and you have followed all steps in the support article, reply back and let me know the exact error message you are receiving.
