Q: Unarchiving Mail

Hello, I recently had a bunch of unread emails that I wanted to mark all as read, (I would still like to figure that out also because they are all still marked as read) and thats what I thought I did, but unfortunately I archived them, I have found them but now I want them back into my regular mail account which I cannot figure out how to do that.  Any help works.  Thank You.

Click and hold, then drag them to the mailbox you want them in. To move multiple e-mails at the same time, select the first one and then hold down the shift key while selecting the last one.

If you select to customize the toolbar you can add the icons for Unread/Read to the tool bar for easy access.

Select All messages in the folder. Click on Read.

    Control-Click (Right-click) in Toolbar.

If you want to mark several folders as read you can create a smart folder to find all unread messages older than a certain date. This shows all emails that are unread prior to May 1, 2016.older emails to mark as unread.png

After the smart folder finds all the emails, select all then mark as read. If there are hundreds this can take a couple of minutes.
