magicjack

hello

I have magic APP ( paid app ) on my iPhone 6 plus, it worked properly.


after updating my system to IOS 9.2.3, when I place a call I don`t hear the ring. and when it count, I don`t hear the receiver and the receiver don`t hear me.


I contacted the Magic Jack provider, after several, long discussions and tests, they suggested to contact apple.


any help

Try to fully restore your phone then, maybe the issue is with the downloaded software of the iphone, so lets try to download a new one.

Then follow this article to wipe your phone completely and install a new software:

Dear Malek

I promised to inform you after trying with magicjack support team.


After long time chatting and e-mailing with The magicJack support expert, he suggested to download a free VPN from apple store.


I did and activated it, after that I tried to place a call. you would be surprised, suddenly it worked and everything went normal.
