Q: Location

None of all map apps I tried (deafult Maps, Google maps, 2GIS) can show my exact location - they just show my appoximate location with a large circle which is maybe a kilometer in diameter. I have a good connecton, I tried several wi-fi points - it's all the same result. I was almost sure it's not about the app, but the settings inside the phone itself, couldn't find anythin though

Do you have location services enabled?

check under  Settings > Privacy > Location Services.

And enable the app if you prefer using a 3rd party app.

If you had WiFi on and you were outdoors there's probably a hardware problem with your phone.
