Tracks I have saved from Apple Music have disappeared from all my devices

Hi all,

I'm a current subscriber of Apple Music. When I've been listening to various playlists and Beats 1 tracks, I've saved the tracks I've liked into a playlist I created called Apple Music Picks. This playlist contained any music I liked through Apple Music..NOT music I've actually purchased. Just to be clear.

So far over the last few months, I've been had access to these tracks with no problem, and my subscription has not been cancelled or anything.

But for some reason, recently, those tracks in that playlist went from 20 to 2 tracks and I don't understand where they went?

Has anyone else run into this?

Hey there Syrcle,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

Creating custom Apple Music playlists, is a blast. Let's take a peek at a few items and see if we can get those items to return.

First, if we're working with more than one device, have a look at the following resources:

Sync Apple Music across your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and computer

Add music from the Apple Music catalog to your library on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC

The key item to note, is the second article and more specifically:

To add songs, albums and playlists from Apple Music to My Music, make sure to turn on iCloud Music Library on your device.

If only one device is used, ensure that the device is signed into Apple Music using your preferred Apple ID.

Happy listening!
