Q: My macbook pro when turned on, has orange and gray horizontal lines at startup as background. It allows me to type in my password, and then loadjng bars process starts but gets stuck. From there screen just turns grey.
Two nights ago the screen of my macbook pro froze and the cursor was no longer visible, so I shut it down. By next morning, I tried to turn on my macbook and there were grey and orange horizontal lines. It allowed me to type in my password and the loading bar process started but at some point it stopped like it got stuck. Right away after that, the screen went grey. From there, I am not able to do anything and have to shut down the computer again. This happens again when I try to turn on the computer once again. What can I do to fix this and be able to go past this grey screen to my desktop?
