Q: Itunes match - Update iCloud Music Library does nor appear on authorised computer

I have albums in iTunes music that are not appearing on devices - the computer is authorised but the Update iCloud Music Library does not appear in file - library as suggested

Go to Preferences and make sure iCloud music library is checked.
