[Itunes Connect] Can't add new version

Hey guys,

I'm trying to create a new version of my app on Itunes Connect and it won't work.

On the "+" Button on the app page, I tap in the iOS Button and nothing happens, I've already accepted all of the terms and other stuff, my other version is "Ready For Sale." What should I do?
