just wondering if anyone knew how to back up an iPhone even though the phone is disabled because Ive forgotten my password

Did you forget your Apple ID Password, or your phone Passcode?

If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support
If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
