I want to add my PC laptop to my list of devices to find my Iphone

I want to add my windows laptop to my list of devices so I can find my IPhone and or IPad, but the instructions don't cover a windows based pc.

The PC must be running Windows 10 and later > Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support
