Q: using icloud


Hi, Can anyone tell me how to hook up my iPhone 6s to my icloud so that I can delete about 1800 contacts that have somehow attached themselves to me?Its eating up my storage and I don't think I have enough years left in my life to do it manually!! ugh  Thanks

    Hello ihilani53,

    Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. I see that you're interested in setting up iCloud on your iPhone so you can manage your contacts. I can definitely understand your concern, especially with 1800 contacts. I am happy to help.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Make sure you're signed into iCloud in Settings > iCloud

    2.Turn on Contacts and choose Merge when prompted

    3 Sign into iCloud.com on a Mac or PC.

    4 Choose Contacts and delete the unwanted contacts. This will update on your iPhone.
