Iphone 6s plus demo phone with Fake earphones from infibeam.

Hi i bought the Iphone 6s plus unboxed form infibeam.com. I received the product which is a demo phone and fake earphones attached to it. Because earphones are not part of demo package. i raised complaint and haven't received any resolution from them. Almost a month gone still they are saying we will come back please give us some time to resolve your query.

Infibeam is the authorized online seller in India for selling Iphone. But Infibeam itself is doing such cheating activities. what should i do.
