Q: Win 10 - can't install boot camp support drivers
hi all
i recently installed Windows 10 on my boot camp partition on my late 2009 MacBook Pro. It works fine apart from the above issue.
Apple state that my machine is too old for Windows 10 via boot camp and I suspect that is why I'm having trouble downloading the drivers. there is no option for me to download the drivers for win 10 in boot camp assistant. i can only get drivers for win 7.
does anyone know if the drivers can be downloaded outside of boot camp assistant to get around this issue?
any help gratefully received

your macbook does not officially support windows 10
Use Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support
your best best is to install the latests supported drivers in my case this is windows8.1 bootcamp drivers
seems your option is the old bootcamp 4 drivers
Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support
for official windows support
