Contact the seller for assistance or a refund. If purchased via eBay or
other on-line seller that offers buyer protection and the item was not
described as Activation Locked, start a claim with the site for a refund.
If purchased face to face, you will have to find the seller yourself.
There is no workaround for Activation Lock.
