Jul 6, 2016 10:32 AM in response to Phangirl10by lllaass,How did you update?
- Via Settings>General>Software Update?
- Via iTunes on your computer?
If via iTunes if the apps and other synced media were not I your iTunes library they will not be on the device after updating
Have you tried using the Search on the iPod to find the Music app?
What exactly happen when you try to use the App Store app?
Try restoring fro backup
To restore from backup see:
Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184
If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Jul 6, 2016 11:18 AM in response to lllaassby Phangirl10,II updated through the settings as I got the notification through the iPod. Searching for the iTunes Store didn't work. When I open the App Store it has. Bottom strip of icons and you can click on them but all the pages are the same white screen.
