Syncing old iTouch:
Yes, my iTouch has some age but it works great. It apparently can not be upgraded above IOS 5.1.1 but I would love to continue sync this with my Windows 10 iTune and download my podcasts. Is there a work around or some proper approach? I am able to do this or my original lap top now with Windows 10 since I apparently was syncing the iTouch and iTunes on that lap top.
Syncing still works the same way it always has. If you have not done so, download iTunes to your Windows 10 laptop, and connect your iPod to it using the USB cable.

You can only sync with one computer. To switch computers
Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive
If all the synced media like apps and music are already in the iTunes library of the new computer just backup to iTunes and restore from that backup.

Thanks... The issue was solved by your comments that you can only sync with ONE (1) computer. Makes sense.
