How to update my chrome browser

My computer is iMac desk top OS X 10.6.8 and the processor intel core 13 , speed 3.06 GH and memory 4CB. To update Chrome Browser is impossible because they do not support it. Therefore I have to update my computer to what, I have no idea, How do I update the chrome browser and the steps I need to take.

Not sure how your question would involve an AirPort Express, AirPort Extreme or Time Capsule.....the products pictured below.....that we support in this forum.

But, in order to run Chrome on a Mac, you would need a MacBook Pro or iMac that is a 2011 or newer model, or a MacBook Air that is a 2012 or newer model.......AND.....you would need to be running at least OS X 10.9.x on the iMac.


An iMac that is running an older operating system like OS X 10.6.8 is probably a 2007 to 2008 or earlier model. If that is the case, sorry but you will need a new Mac if you want to use Chrome.
