Q: Can't Delete Photos From iPhone 6
Hello!
Due to job-related responsibilities, I have been taking photos at work with my phone over the past couple of years but I no longer have this weight on my shoulders and would like to get rid of the 250-300 photos still on the phone but I don't seem to be able to. None of these pics, nor their albums are still on my laptop; my main digital hub, so I can't do anything from that end. (Or can I?)
Whenever I find a work-related album chock full of unwanted pics, I select them all but then it only gives me the option of mailing them OR copy, duplicate, slideshow or hide them. I don't want to do any of those actions. I just want to delete them. Sometimes there is a trash can at the bottom of the screen but I can't select it. Apple just likes taunting me, I guess.
Any ideas? Thank you.

But never imported to or from a computer, right? If so they should delete directly from the phone. First try resetting the Photos App.
Close Photos completely from the app switcher window by double clicking the Home button and swiping up the Photos preview pane until it disappears from the screen. Then do a forced restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
Also was this a work phone? Does it contain a work profile that would keep you from deleting data?
