Itunes won’t let me play or DL my songs

Hi !

I’ve been using iTunes Match for awhile and never had any issues.

Now some of my songs won’t play or download on my itunes. They are available on my iPhone

I can see the cloud with the arrow but it’s slightly a lighter grey than usual.

Even weirder, I can download some (even in the same album) but not others

Any Ideas ?
