Q: Airport extreme issue

My Airport extreme will lose internet and get slow speeds. To check this issue I logged into my modem. The modem shows that the airport is requesting multiple real world IPs tied to multiple different MAC addresses. Why is the Airport sending so many MAC addresses? I tried a different modem and a different AirPort extreme to no avail. I turned IPv6 to link local only.

What is the make & model of your Internet modem or gateway? Which exact model of the AirPort Extreme do you have? Finally, who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?
