Q: cannot make purchasement in game "Pokemon go"

I can buy apps in the app store. But I cannot make purchasement in the game "Pokemon go. Someone help me plz. PS: My apple ID was recently registered.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.1

    From the sounds of it, it appears that you're able to download applications from the iTunes & App Store on your iPhone 6s but unable to obtain the game's in-app purchases. It can be due to many different factors, but this article usually does the trick.​

    Change or remove your Apple ID payment information

    If your payment method is up-to-date, you should check with the card's financial institution to make sure there's sufficient funds available. If there doesn't seem to be any other problems, scroll down to the "Get help" section in the above article to contact iTunes Store support for help.
