i lost my iphone 6S, please advise me how i can lock it

dear all, please advise me as i lost my iphone 6S . how can i lock it so other person could not use it or sell it ?

Please be inform that on my iphone find my iphone is not active

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2, iphone get snatched
