Every thing happens in life for the first time ! I lost my phone by snatching today while coming back to home from market ,but when i report my lost phone in local police station like a good citizen, they told me they can't track it BECAUSE it turned off..
Apple kindly install a primary device that can provide its location while its is turned off,and giving that special functionality to user as well as controlled and tracked by servers.
Lost phone tracking is useless in many cases. I am a software Engineer i can't help much with hardware, but what i mentioned is not a problem for any one to install an additional tracking device that can report location while its battery is drained !! or Turned off !!
If any one know already how to track a lost phone ,i am happy to listen 🙂
