Q: Activation Problem Iphone 6 64gb
Recently my Iphone 6 64gb was replaced due to a technical problem by the local apple service center in Greece , under the 2nd year's european extended warranty.
After 3 days of using the new phone , when I fill the new serial in apple's warranty checker I still receive the following:
Please activate your iPhone
We are unable to display coverage details because your iPhone has not been activated.
Please contact your iPhone retailer or wireless carrier to activate your iPhone.
Find your wireless carrier and see your service optionsOpens in a new window
Note: Warranty service does not depend on activating your iPhone. Please contact us for more information.
My phone works perfectly but seems that I haven't activated it.
I know from another case I had that when a phone is replaced the dates of the replaced phone pass to the new one. In my case it doesn't.
Anyone knowing what is the problem?
