Q: Podcasts restarting when paused.

Lately I've been noticing that any podcasts I stream over wireless have been restarting when I pause them for a moment. Other weird things happen as well; when I try to skip ahead to my spot that I was on, it'll skip to the next episode. Sometimes it'll skip several episodes. I have no idea what's going on.

It only seems to be happening on my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13 inch, mid 2014. 2.6GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 memory, Intel Iris 1536 MB graphics, running El Capitan, version 10.11.5), and not on my iPhone SE (though right now while I'm trying to check, podcasts that aren't downloaded aren't playing at all...). All of my apps are up to date. I'm running iTunes 12.4.1.6. I'm not sure what else to check.

It might be the wireless I'm currently using at work, this is a new job, and while I'm at home, I don't usually pause podcasts. But I haven't listened to one on my MacBook at home recently, so I can't tell if it's a problem with the wireless here or a problem with iTunes.
