i restore my iphone 5 but not getting to activate it cause i don't have a sim card and can't afford one, i saw people activate their phone with their apple id but i don't see anything to do so

You can not active an iPhone without a SIM card, but out of curiosity, what do you plan to do with an iPhone without a SIM card?

Sadly, none of those steps will help if the OP had no SIM.
I have a sim card but it's different from the company that blocked my iPhone and on the other hand i only know that the phone was bought in spain
There's no way to activate your iPhone without a Sim Card. You can use a invalid sim card if you can't afford one right now. And then activate through iTunes.
