DId you not have automatic renewal of your iTunes Match set up in your account? When did your subscription expire?

What does you account show in iTunes on your computer? If auto renew was turned on you would have received and email from Apple alerting you to renewal date approaching. I think you may have to contact Apple support Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
