why is apple ID disabled on phone it's fine on the computer
I try to update apps and it say my apple ID is disabled..why? On the computer it works fine...

Is it the same Apple ID that you're logging in on both devices?
If your Apple ID is locked or disabled:
Even though it works on the computer, follow the instructions for resetting your Apple ID password here > If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
Then try your iPhone.
I changed my password but it still says Apple ID disabled..I shut it down then started it back up thinking that might work since I changed the password but it did not do anything...my e-mail stays the same..not changing that..

You may have an iTunes billing issue. You must call Apple Support to resolve this.
NO billing issue. I get on I tunes and apple web site with no problem with the ID or password which I just changed
OK... there is no other explanation for what you are seeing.
Getting on the site is NOT related to having a billing issue. Not being able to update apps is.
Have you checked with iTunes? Humour me.
