Q: Apple account not wanting to download apps

Hey this has happened before like last week I bought some songs and not even realizing I bought the wrong ones so I told me nana and she did like a charge back and declined it and it happened again when I try to download a app like a free one I have to type in the card info and it Says credit card declined

Hey there Austinjohnson98!

I'd definitely want to be able to get the apps and songs I want after accidentally getting the wrong ones. There's a few things to check out.

First, you can remove the current card and use a different one or an iTunes Store gift card: Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
If you need to use the current card that's being declined, then contact iTunes Store support through this link for them to take a look: Apple - Support - Topic Selection
