How to cancel a subscription

Hey so what happened is that I bought a premium membership for an app called fitstar and the money has left my account but the app isn't in premium mod as in its still on free mode so I can't do any of the premium workouts and I just wanted to know if I can get my money back and cancel the subscription since it didn't work

You have a couple of choices. You can contact the developer and troubleshoot the issue, or you can use this link to cancel a recurring subscription. I'm not sure you can get a refund, but you can contact iTunes support if desired, but in-app purchases are generally final. View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
